Panda financial had helped me purchase a property a few years ago, when I had no idea what I was doing. I was referred by a friend to Juan and things went very well. The buying process was not as daunting as it seemed. Juan and his associates helped me through every step, explained everything I needed to know and outlined the whole buying a property process to me. They tailored the home loan search to what I was looking for and gave me a choice from the top 3 or 4 loans. If I needed anything or was not clear on something, they would help. During the application process, they would check to see things were proceeding correctly and things were on track to settlement. If things are needed to be chased up, they will do it promptly and get things escalated by the bank to expedited the process. I have found the mortgage application process through Panda Financials to be very smooth and I will definately use them again if and when I require another home loan. Juan is an awesome broker. He helped my wife and I buy our first home as well as our following investment property 2 years later. It is insane how many questions you have during this time.
