Juan has over 6 years of experience in the General Insurance Industry as an Underwriter. Over the years he has developed a knack in building strong relationships and effective negotiation skills with his insurance brokers which he utilises on a daily basis as a mortgage broker. He understands that having a strong relationship with the banks will ensure that when it comes to negotiating he will able to get the best deal for you with the banks.
Juan holds a Bachelor of Mathematics, Diploma of FInance and Mortgage Broking Management and Finance and completed Certificate IV in Financial Services (Mortgage Broking). He is also a Justice of the Peace for NSW.

Christopher Foo has over 15 years experience in the financial services industry. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business from University of Technology Sydney with majors in Finance & Financial Planning. He has completed Certificate IV in Financial Services (Mortgage Broking) and is RG146 compliant (Financial Planning).

Chris works with his clients to provide a tailored, holistic and strategic solutions to reach their clients financial and home loan objectives. This is done through his hands-on experience and deep understanding of cash-flow, debt, assets and taxation.

Juan was extremely professional, patient and diligent throughout the entire home loan process. He worked with my partner and I through each and every step - from giving me a run down of the process, timeline, what to expect, to being extremely proactive in advising when mortgaging banks were going to raise their fixed rates on their loans.Juan's biggest strength is that he is super responsive and will follow through until the end, whenever there were delays and issues, we could trust and leave it to him to make sure he would resolve it - and he would provide updates as we went along.Thank you Juan for going above and beyond, and we're glad to have made our first purchase with your support.

Juan has been my mortgage broker for close to 10 years and I could not recommend him more. Very knowledgeable, attentive, responsive and upfront about what is or isn't possible. And you can tell that he genuinely cares and is trying to do what is best for the client. He was even taking calls and dealing with my loan while on holidays overseas. I strongly recommend him to anyone that ever asks me for a mortgage broker.

I'm extremely glad I had Juan working with me in applying for my first home loan. Juan is professional, respectful, and informative, which helps eliminate a lot of the anxiety as a first home buyer. Juan spent time understanding my circumstances, and considered what was best for me. He communicates well by updating me with progress, and being active with phone calls and e-mails. There were some tricky moments that were out of our control, but Juan made the process a lot smoother by providing advice and going above and beyond what most brokers would do. I would definitely work with Juan again.

I highly recommend Panda Financial.I was having trouble with obtaining sufficient finance with my previous lender and reached out to Juan. After understanding my requirements Juan reached out to various lenders and provided me with a few options and took me through them. He was able to quickly refinance my loan and get the necessary preapprovals in a very short period of time. He was also able to secure a very competitive interest rate.
